NOTICE:
After weathering a flood Namaste had
some tremendous people work all
weekend to fix and clean and rebuild
the studio. Namaste will open Monday
May 27 (memorial day) for two
classes. 7:30 am hot yoga express
and 9 am hot yoga. Most of the
renovation is done. We will not have
mirrors until later in the week.

It's
June 2010, Summer is here.... my
daughter just had her Bat Mitzvah
and I wore the dress you see in the
picture. I used TSFL for a few days
before the Party to make sure the
dress fit just right.
I had lost 8
pounds more then a year ago and two
clothes sizes. My body has changed,
its as though a layer of fat just
came off and I feel great.
